Roger's desire to push himself has marked his advertising career for over 20 years - and it's paid off. His go-for-it attitude is infectious and his dedication to producing a superior creative product has led him to demand only the best from his team members - essential to managing a top-notch creative department and a successful business.
Roger started his career in Phoenix at Phillips-Ramsey, where for seven years he served as an art director. He then moved to San Francisco where he worked at McCann-Erickson Worldwide expanding his depth of experience with national and international accounts. From there, as associate creative director, he aided Riester-Robb in building and running the agency's creative department.
Roger has worked on many high profile accounts such as ABC, Arizona Tobacco Education and Prevention Program, The California Milk Advisory Board, UPS Europe, Gillette Europe, Motorola, Intel, Tosco Corporation, PETsMART, Doubletree Hotels, Wells Fargo and other well-known accounts. His work has been honored with many prestigious awards including a Silver Clio, 1st Place Best of the West, a Cannes Lion Finalist, two National ADDYs and numerous District 12 ADDY awards. Roger was also a finalist for the Ernst and Young 2003 Entrepreneur of the Year.
