As Director of Strategy, Marketing and Media, Susan relies on more than 20 years of product and brand management, marketing, business development and strategic planning experience to lead the agency's strategic marketing group and customer segmentation and research initiatives.
With experience working with both small firms and Fortune 500 companies, Susan ensures all client marketing activities are undertaken within the context of a strategic understanding of the client's business objectives.
Before joining Off Madison Ave, Susan was an independent small business development consultant for clients including Esscentual Brands, a national manufacturer and retailer of luxury bath and fragrance products. As Esscentual Brands' Director of Multichannel Marketing, she drove strategic planning activities for research, marketing and direct-to-consumer retailing and managed all direct mail, online and catalog activities.
Susan also served as Senior Category Development Manager for Circle K Stores, Inc., where she developed marketing support programs for the company's franchisee organization. There she was recognized as an industry leader in developing innovative strategies for integrated financial services offerings in convenience store retailing.
Susan also served as Brand Manager at The Dial Corp, managing the Dial for Kids bar and liquid soap franchise and leading an award-winning cross-functional team.
Susan holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from the University of Arizona. She graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.
