Named Best Internet Marketing firm for three years running by readers of Arizona Business, we need an excellent Web developer to program award-winning Web sites, applications, banners, emails, landing pages and microsites.

If you are looking for an exciting, industry-leading company where you can put together great work for noteworthy clients, we want to talk to you.

You Will:

• Handle core programming for a multitude of projects, including some combination of HTML, Javascript, AJAX, Flash, XHTML, CSS, PHP, Ruby(Rails).
• Play well with others to ensure that we hit deadlines and continue turning out outstanding work that gets results.
• Deliver great results in an exciting team environment, but with little hand-holding and no micromanagement.

You Need:

• 2+ years experience in Web programming
• Very good communication skills
• Detail oriented, self starter with a relentlessly positive attitude
• Ability to thrive while working on multiple projects simultaneously

We are a Ruby(Rails) focused organization, so experience in that arena would be a meaningful plus.
