Congratulations to Roger, David, and EVERYONE at OMA for a great 10 successful years. I remember visiting the first OMA office (aka - Roger and Joannes house) on Edgemont just across the street from Phoenix College. Most people start small, but one of their first print projects was a very large run and we extended them a lot of credit for a brand new agency with zero payment history. Needless to say all went fine. Today, among my peers, OMA is considered one of the premier mover and shaker agencies in the Phoenix market. Although we don't work directly with each other like we used to in those beginning days, I couldn't be more pleased to see OMA succeed knowing that just maybe we had a small helping hand along the way. I expect nothing less than to see another 10 years of success from the OMA team. Great things happen to great people! As Roger once said to me; Mediocrity Sucks. Proud to know you boys.

I've been an intern and employee at OMA for over three years, and I've never worked at a place where everyone is truly equal, from interns to senior management. I've always felt part of the team and like my opinions and thoughts mattered.
Thanks to Dave and Roger and everyone at OMA for the great years!

I will forever remember the 2006 OMA trip to San Diego. It was great spending a carefree day with team back then. DK falling into the Sheraton fountain was an added bonus too.
Congrats on your 10th Birthday! Here's to 10 more.

I remember when you started. I was working at Lavidge & Baumayr as an account supervisor and you hired Eric Rosenberg who was on my team! I was very excited, sad and jealous for Eric all at the same time. Then you blossomed after that, and took pretty much the rest of L&B with you. But I was inspired to start my own firm. Congratulations on your success.

Congrats on ten years. Lord knows I know how difficult it is to start from nothing in a garage, especially in Arizona!

As a part of the team for a mere 6 weeks, I have learned (and done!) more within these creative walls than I have in my 4 years at ASU. I cannot think of a single company that I would rather intern for. Thank you & Congrats OMA!

I remember sitting in my first meeting with OMA, on the client side, and thinking, "We have chosen the smartest people on the planet." Now that I've been here a year I'm sure I've degraded the average somewhat, but am happy and proud to be part of OMA. Congratulations Roger and Dave!
Joe Piccirillo says:
I will always be so grateful for you guys giving me and my company a break when we first opened the doors. 6 years later I am very proud of all the great work we have done together and to be there to see the fabulous success you have achieved.
To many many more, Congrats

I agree with Barber. When DK took a header in the fountain, I knew I was in the right place. That was my 3rd day on the job. Love all you guys. Congrats on the decade of success.

Happy Anniversary OMA-ers! It will be hard to match the energy and events of the last ten years, but knowing Dave, Roger and their crew I have to believe the next ten will be even better - I'm thinking multiple garage doors!
Sam Alpert says:
Guys,
I've never met either one of you, but have only heard and seen good things about both of you and OMA. 10 years is hard to do, so well done.
