Off Madison Ave

With a name like Off Madison Ave, there’s no avoiding references to New York City and its unique, big-city aesthetic. Like so many before us, we were drawn-in by its overwhelming stature, unique architecture and wonderful quirks – but instead of

shy

ing away from it in our design, we decided to embrace it with open arms.

Of the designs submitted, the one that stuck out from the start was themed after the New York MTA (the subway system) – possibly the most well-known branding system in America. Using the MTA’s iconic Helvetica font and its simple colored circles, the site is meant to evoke a bold feeling of place while remaining streamlined enough to not scare people away. If we’ve done our jobs correctly, navigating the new offmadisonave.com should be much easier than navigating the MTA itself.
