Phoenix Marketing Company, Off Madison Ave, Announces Addition of Six New Employees

Collaborative Marketing Communications Firm Adds Specialists in Various Disciplines

PHOENIX (January 25, 2007) – Off Madison Ave, a fast-growing collaborative marketing communications firm, named one of the “Best Places to Work” in the Valley for 2006, announced today the recent addition of six new specialists to its expanding staff, bringing the agency’s total staff size to 65. New members of the firm are Mike Corak, director of interactive services; Michelle Zimmerman, public relations account manager; Jacqueline Hahey, public relations account executive; Joseph Jaramillo, Web developer; Bryan Perleberg, account management coordinator; and, Megan Campbell, account management coordinator.

Corak joins Off Madison Ave from iCrossing, where he served as a senior strategic planner. Prior, he served as a project and operations manager at Sitewire, and his previous national clients included FedEx, ConAgra, The Walt Disney Company and Coca-Cola. Corak will work closely with the firm’s new business team and will provide strategic counsel on many interactive projects while serving as a director.

Zimmerman brings seven years of public relations industry experience to the firm. She previously served as an account supervisor at R&R Partners, Inc. and boasts client experience in sports, entertainment, nonprofit, government and retail. She will contribute to public relations accounts including Farnam Pet Products, the National Academy of Sports Medicine, PremierGarage, Esscentual Brands and DMB Associates, Inc.

Hahey joins the firm after relocating from Washington, D.C., where she served as a senior communications associate at the National Children’s Museum. Her other prior accounts included the Department of Defense, the 2005 White House Conference on Aging, AT&T and the Children’s Defense Fund. She brings her special events and media relations consultant experience to a variety of Off Madison public relations clients, including Arizona Village Communities, Citizens Clean Elections Commission, Esscentual Brands and Southwest Human Development.

Jaramillo joins the interactive marketing team as a Web site developer. A graduate of the University of Arizona, he spent the past five years as a freelance Web developer. He previously worked at AudioGroup, Ltd. developing AudioMidiMall.com. He specializes in developing Web applications using “Ruby on Rails,” a new open-source programming framework written in the Ruby programming language that automates database procedures which power Web sites. At the firm, Jaramillo will work on various accounts, including La Cense Beef® and Geoffrey Edmunds.

Perleberg joins the account management group having previously worked for the Phoenix Coyotes in the customer service and marketing departments. He also has worked for the Tucson Sidewinders in their media relations department. At the firm, he will work with clients, such as Boys and Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix, Tres Amigos World Imports and the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Campbell joins the account management group after serving as an account coordinator at Axxis Advertising. She will apply her communications and marketing background on accounts, including DMB Associates, Inc. and La Cense Beef®.
