Social Media Manager
Job Status: Full-time, Salaried

Position Reports to: Director of Interactive Services
Core Duties:
- Manage social media projects and campaigns for clients
- Supply and interpret plans, research reports and measurement statistics
- Act as a subject matter expert for all things social media for the agency
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Proven success in managing social media campaigns for clients
- Working knowledge of popular social media outposts such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Flickr, LinkedIn, MySpace and others
- Experience conducting research using social media listening tools and exploratory data to determine proper messaging and opportunities for clients in social media
- Ability to develop social media plans for clients that include goals, specific campaign strategies, recommended tools, budgets and timelines
- Knowledge of how to measure success from individual social media campaigns
- Skills to concept, create and implement creative social media programs including but not limited to contests, games, applications, etc.
- Flexibility to either train clients to manage their own social media campaign or manage a campaign on behalf of a client
- Keen sense of how to integrate social media with other online and offline marketing tactics
- Commitment to stay current on interactive marketing trends and a passion for discovering new opportunities within social media as they become available
Education/Experience Required:
- Bachelors degree with emphasis in marketing, advertising or related field
- 3-5 years experience in interactive marketing
- 1-2 years experience in social media marketing
