Leslie's engaged Off Madison Ave to help drive new customers to their local Leslie's store. 

How did Off Madison Ave tackle their challenge?

Off Madison Ave started by leveraging a behavior design model, which incorporates each potential audiences’ motivations and their ability to visit a local Leslie’s store. This allowed us to concentrate on only those audiences with the propensity to perform that behavior. By tapping into the target audiences’ motivations through specific action spurs, the agency was able to prompt them to take action through a targeted digital campaign. Focusing on the markets of Dallas and Sacramento, Leslie’s engaged pool owners through native blog promotions, Addressable Video, Programmatic Display and conquest targeting. In addition, the agency leveraged a partnership with Placed by Foursquare to track store visitation of those who were exposed to the campaign. 

What were the results?

Leslie's saw a 22% increase in store visitation, accounting for over 5,630 new customers and driving at 6:1 return investment.
